NASHVILLE, Tenn.-Royal Flush, the seventh recording from leading Christian rap/hip-hop recording artist FLAME, lands the GRAMMY®, Dove and Stellar Award-nominee among an influential list of best-selling multi-genre releases this week.

Debuting at #2 on Billboard's Gospel Albums chart and #11 on Billboard's Rap Albums chart following its October 1 release, Royal Flush also reached #3 on iTunes' Hip-Hop/Rap Top Albums chart last week, ahead of recordings from such artists as JAY Z and Pusha T, among others.

Since the release of Royal Flush, FLAME has appeared on FOXNews.com's "Spirited Debate," speaking with FOX News Channel's chief religion correspondent Lauren Green at the network's New York studio about the recording's theme. He was also featured on CBN News last week. Anchor Charlene Israel talked with FLAME about his personal journey and the impact he hopes Royal Flush will have on both Christian and mainstream audiences.

One of Christian hip-hop's most anticipated releases this year, Royal Flush features appearances from such names as KB, vocalist V.Rose, and NF, among others. Highlights of the project include the debut single, "All In" (feat. KB), and the urban-flavored "Read Em & Weep" (with V.Rose).

FLAME will perform selections from Royal Flush around the country this fall, stepping out to headline a tour with special guests 7eventh Time Down and Kerrie Roberts in November. Additionally, FLAME is slated to co-headline dates with Salvador and Family Force 5, respectively, later this year.

A leader in the Christian rap/hip-hop scene, FLAME's 2010 release Captured and last year's The 6th were both best-selling recordings. With three Stellar Award nominations and six GMA Dove nominations to his credit, FLAME's Our World: Redeemed earned a 2009 GRAMMY®-nomination for best Rap or Rock Gospel Album. The St. Louis native has appeared on BET and "The 700 Club," as well as in Vibe magazine, The Huffington Post and Hip Hop Weekly, among other top publications.
